Activity Coach

Tass Daglig Verksamhet is a small private organization with two units, one in Vallentuna and one in Täby. We define ourselves as the "possibilities" DV, where participants have the opportunity to realize their dreams in their "work". Whether a participant wants to build a cosplay costume, practice driving in a simulator, do crafts, play board games, work out, take care of dogs, etc.—anything is possible. The organization is in an establishment/expansion phase and now needs one more committed activity coach who wants to help drive our DV forward to become an attractive workplace for our participants. About the Role As an activity coach with us, your primary task is to meet participants where they are and help them realize their ideas. You plan, lead, and develop activities based on participants' unique interests. The role involves supporting individuals with different needs in their daily lives, encouraging independence, and creating a safe and stimulating environment. You will be mainly stationed in Täby, but occasional shifts may also be conducted in Vallentuna. Your Main Responsibilities · Be a contact person and responsible for a number of participants. · Coach and inspire participants in their daily activities and projects. · Plan and implement educational and motivating interventions. · Document and follow up implementation plans according to LSS. · Actively contribute to the development and expansion of the organization. We Are Looking For You If You · Have relevant education, such as educational support specialist, nursing assistant, special education teacher, nurse, or equivalent. · Have documented experience working in daily activities or with the LSS target group. · Are creative, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. · Have strong pedagogical ability and a calm, low-affect approach. · Master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing for documentation. · Personal suitability is weighted heavily.
