You'll monitor production, operate machinery, and ensure all work meets high quality standards. The role suits you if you have a technical interest and enjoy working in a team. Examples of Your Responsibilities: Quality assure the work performed Monitor production and follow procedures Operate machinery and equipment Perform basic maintenance work Document work steps continuously Who Are We Looking For? You're a driven, careful, and flexible team player with a strong sense of quality and development. Requirements for the Position At least 2 years of work experience in production Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Ability to work 2-shift or 5-shift schedules Technical interest Meritorious GMP training Experience in process industry Documented good systems knowledge, e.g., SAP or equivalent Forklift certification (forklift operation may occur) What Can Manpower Offer You?
