We are now seeking engaged hourly substitutes for:• Hägerneholm Preschool• Hägerneholmsskolan/After-school Program• Trädgårdsstaden Preschool About the JobAs an hourly substitute, you work as needed when regular staff are absent, sometimes with short notice. You can also be booked for shorter, consecutive periods. We are looking for someone who is flexible, curious and interested in working with children and young people of different ages. Your ResponsibilitiesPreschool: You support the educational team in daily work and are active in children's play, meals, rest time and learning. You contribute to a safe, fun and developmental environment with the child's best interests in focus. Elementary School (Teacher Substitute): As a teacher substitute, you are an important part of students' learning. You are responsible for teaching during the regular teacher's absence and create a safe and inspiring environment where students receive support to develop as far as possible in their knowledge development. You help students understand, complete and progress in their schoolwork, always with the student's learning in focus. For longer substitute periods, planning, assessment and contact with guardians may also be included. After-school/Collaboration: You support students in the classroom and serve as extra support in teaching. During breaks and after-school time, you are an active part of the activities, where you willingly take initiative and lead activities that encourage play, movement, creativity and community. We would like you to be creative and responsive, and that you create good opportunities for all students to participate on their own terms. You contribute energy, safety and a warm reception and are an important adult in the children's day. Qualifications• Good knowledge of the Swedish language• Meritorious: childcare training, student assistant training, after-school education or other pedagogical background• Experience working with children/young people in groups (e.g. at school, as a sports instructor or confirmation leader) is a plus Personal TraitsWe are looking for someone who:• Is reliable and takes responsibility• Has good collaboration skills and wants to contribute to a positive work environment• Is resourceful and tries to find solutions to help children and students in their learning• Shows loyalty and commitment in interactions with children and colleagues• Is flexible and unafraid, you dare to try new tasks OtherEmployment Form: On-call employment (hourly substitute)You must be able to present a certificate from the Police Authority upon employment.
