We are now seeking an engaged IT support technician for an exciting consulting assignment at the Swedish Parliament Administration (Riksdagsförvaltningen) in Stockholm. Job Description As an IT support technician, you will be an important part of daily IT delivery and provide professional support to the organization's users. You will work with troubleshooting, incident management, and user support within Microsoft platforms as well as client and device management. The role involves both work through a ticket management system and direct contact with users via the service desk and help desk. You will collaborate with IT colleagues and contribute to a high service level across the entire organization. Your Responsibilities: Provide user support and assistance within Microsoft Windows 11. Manage and troubleshoot tickets within Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint. Administer user accounts, groups, permissions, and licenses in Microsoft Entra ID. Work with information classification and sensitivity labels in Microsoft Purview. Manage and administer mobile devices in Microsoft Intune. Provide support for PC workstations and associated peripherals such as docking stations and monitors. Provide user support for iPhone and iPad. Register, document, and follow up on tickets according to established processes and procedures. Contribute to ensuring a high service level and professional conduct in user interactions. We are Looking for Someone With: Higher education in IT or equivalent competence acquired through education and work experience. At least three years of experience in qualified IT support or service desk. Good knowledge of computers, operating systems, networking, communication, and information security. Experience with support and user assistance in Microsoft Windows 11. Experience with support and user assistance within Microsoft 365. Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, Easit GO, or similar. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM). Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable Experience Experience with Microsoft Purview. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID. Experience with Microsoft Intune. Experience with IT support in the public sector. Experience working in a service desk or help desk. Experience working according to ITIL. Experience with the Marval ticket management system. Who Are You?
