We'd prefer that you have experience and knowledge of socially disruptive behaviors, as these occur within our target groups. We also see that you need to have experience with visual teaching methods, low-affect approaches, and neuropsychiatry. You have previous experience working with children and young people within LSS, and we view it positively if you've worked with special diagnoses such as PWS and within NPF, as well as having knowledge of trauma and crisis management.
