We are now looking to expand our team working with a woman living in Eslöv. You will become part of a stable and well-functioning work group with excellent collaboration, where you work together to create a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life for our client.
Work as a personal assistant is varied and includes both care and social activities. Your responsibilities include personal care, medication management, household tasks, and accompanying the client on various activities. The client enjoys an active lifestyle including activities such as dancing, swimming, outings, and cottage visits, which makes the work offer great variety.
The client uses a wheelchair and assistive devices are available, including a lift for transfers.
We are looking for someone who:
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
Is flexible and can adapt to the client's needs.
Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working as part of a team.
Can take own initiative and work independently when needed.
Is responsible, reliable, and committed.
Has a positive demeanor and a genuine interest in working with people.
Working Hours:
Working hours are distributed around the clock and include day, evening, and night shifts. Night shifts include on-call duty of 5 hours. During parts of the day, you will work alongside a colleague as double staffing occurs.
