About the job We are now looking for a structured and people-focused Scrum Master to support our teams in growing, maintaining alignment, and successfully delivering value. You'll join a global team of approximately 20 people working across two Agile teams. One team focuses on Field Service, supporting technicians who work directly with customers, while the other supports Service Centres, where equipment is serviced and repaired. The two teams share the same Product Owner, Scrum Master, QA Lead, and Solution Architect. As the Scrum Master, you will support both teams in their ways of working, delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
