We are looking for you who are a teacher As a teacher with us, you work according to a pedagogical model we call the Learning Model, which means we organize teachers in teams who teach students across subjects together in a grade level. We call this team teaching. In your role as a team teacher, you create the conditions for learning and guide students toward the goals of the school. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction together with your team teacher colleague. You will participate in development work, team-based work, and are expected to collaborate with colleagues in various ways. You and your team teacher colleague work with one grade level instead of several, following them in cross-curricular work. This way, you build closer relationships and a more secure interaction. The cross-curricular work is based on assignments built according to LGR22, which provides a supporting framework for equity and quality. The assignments in turn contain clear elements of cooperative and value-creating learning. This makes school more meaningful and much more enjoyable. By working according to the Learning Model across our entire organization of Lärande preschools and elementary schools, there is an opportunity for collaboration across our school boundaries. Qualifications To be a candidate for this position, we see that you have: Teaching certification with authorization in Swedish and one or more of the social studies subjects.
