Trafikverket Logistics supplies Trafikverket's investment and maintenance contractors with technically approved materials. As a logistics department, we secure the supply throughout the facility's entire lifecycle. With a holistic view, we coordinate Trafikverket's total needs and manage the flow throughout the entire logistics chain from supplier to contractor. Dialogue with our clients is key to success for all parties. As an order coordinator, you actively participate in the operational stages of the supply flow and are responsible for handling, preparing, and registering incoming orders to ensure our delivery confirmation. You're also responsible for delivery tracking, with an important part being keeping the client informed about delivery status. The order coordinator staffs our customer support and is responsible for receiving and answering inquiries from projects and clients regarding the supply of railway materials.
