Trafikverket Logistics supplies Trafikverket's investment and maintenance contractors with technically approved materials. As a logistics department, we secure the supply throughout the facility's entire lifecycle. With a holistic view, we coordinate Trafikverket's total needs and manage the flow throughout the entire logistics chain from supplier to contractor. Dialogue with our clients is key to success for all parties.
As an order coordinator, you actively participate in the operational stages of the supply flow and are responsible for handling, preparing, and registering incoming orders to ensure our delivery confirmation. You're also responsible for delivery tracking, with an important part being keeping the client informed about delivery status. The order coordinator staffs our customer support and is responsible for receiving and answering inquiries from projects and clients regarding the supply of railway materials. You will be part of a unit called Order and Delivery, which consists of 7 order coordinators, 3 delivery coordinators, and 2 claims handlers.

Qualifications
Who Are You?
In the role of order coordinator, you are structured and have an easy time creating order even when many tasks are running in parallel. You take initiative and don't hesitate to tackle complex matters where your analytical problem-solving skills really shine. You are adaptable and have the ability to quickly switch between different types of tasks, while also being able to handle unexpected problems of varying difficulty in a calm and solution-oriented way. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and collaborate well with both internal and external contacts. You are motivated by active employee participation where you deliberately take responsibility for your tasks and attentively see how you contribute to the whole by cooperating with others.
We're Looking for You Who Have
post-secondary education in logistics, engineering, or other education and experience deemed equivalent
experience working with customer support or service
good computer skills
good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
valid B driver's license
It's a Merit if You Have
roughly one year or more of experience working in logistics where you've coordinated or supported flows
experience actively participating in development and improvement work
experience working in the M3 business system

Web-based tests are used as part of the selection in this recruitment. We plan to hold interviews during weeks 36-37 2026.
The position is located in Nässjö. Do you want a flexible day with the opportunity to work from home? In this role, you can work remotely up to two days a week.
