Relevant Background • Relevant post-secondary education of at least 180 credits (120 points) with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science, for example social worker, social pedagogue, or behavioral scientist. Other education may be assessed as equivalent and relevant for the operation. • At least three years of documented full-time professional experience in social work or equivalent work, with experience of one of the target groups the operation serves. • Experience working in supported housing, residential care facilities, social services, or similar operations.
