As a Store Associate, you will take great responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain toward an inspiring store experience.
Position Details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week with a probationary period.
Start Date: 2026-08-10
Working Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect from You
You must be interested in food, enjoy working with customers, and sales experience is a requirement for this role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
You should work well in a team, be thorough and quality-conscious. You should also enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Together with your colleagues, you will handle the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
Front desk experience is a merit with PostNord, Svenska Spel, and ATG. In accordance with the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Annex 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
