Food really matters. At Protos we develop food products that are good for both people and the environment. In Uppland, in Sörby we have a smaller slaughterhouse where we handle mainly beef and lamb. Here we handle both KRAV-certified animals and conventional animals, which are then processed in our food facility in Visby.
