About the role
As an instructor, you are responsible for planning, implementing and following up on teaching together with your colleagues. You guide participants both practically and theoretically in, for example:
planning and performing service and repair work on vehicles according to the manufacturer's instructions and taking into account relevant regulations and current safety and occupational environment requirements.
selecting and using relevant tools and methods for servicing and repairs of the vehicle's chassis, drivetrain, wheel suspension, brakes and electrical systems.
communicating service and repair work with customers, managing reporting and follow-up systems, and using instructions and guidelines in both Swedish and English during service and repair work.
You teach both in groups and individually, and adapt the training based on participants' needs and circumstances.
We are looking for you who:
Have at least 5 years of documented professional experience in vehicle mechanics with heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, machinery)
Enjoy a pedagogical role and like helping others develop
Are comfortable leading groups and planning training activities
Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have a category B driving license
It is meritorious if you have previously worked as a mentor, supervisor or instructor – but the most important thing is that you want to share your knowledge.
We offer
Firstly full-time employment, but we are also looking for hourly/part-time staff if, for example, you are a retiree with the right experience who wants to work hours.
