About the Role As a Quality Technician at Mattssons, you will be an important part of the company's quality work and work closely with both customers, suppliers, and internal functions. The role involves ensuring product quality throughout the supply chain and contributing to the development of internal quality processes. You will work together with a team where the focus is on analysis, improvement work, and careful monitoring of quality results. Work tasks may include: Measurements, quality inspections, and performance testing Handling of customer and supplier complaints Documentation and quality monitoring Calibration of measuring equipment Contact with suppliers on quality-related matters Internal collaboration on technical issues and deviations Participation in improvement work according to Mattssons quality policy "The Quest for Zero" The role involves both practical work in the operation and administrative follow-up linked to quality processes. About You To succeed in the role, we believe you have a technical interest combined with a structured way of working.
