As Warehouse Manager, you lead a team of approximately 25 employees and have overall responsibility for daily warehouse operations. You report to the Supply Chain Manager and play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive the service and delivery precision they expect from Svenska Elkedjan. This is an operational leadership role where you thrive close to the business. You plan, follow up, and support the team in daily operations while ensuring that the warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and according to set goals. We are in a development phase where we want to create even better conditions for future growth. An important part of your assignment will therefore be to further develop structures for onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer. In this way, you ensure that new employees quickly become productive, while you preserve and develop the strong team spirit that already exists today. Your main areas of responsibility - Lead and plan daily warehouse operations - Ensure efficient inbound and outbound deliveries - Manage inventory control and counting - Monitor operations through relevant KPIs - Ensure order, safety, and a good work environment - Handle personnel matters, employee conversations, and salary setting - Plan staffing and resources based on operational needs - Collaborate with other parts of the organization to deliver the best possible customer service - Develop routines and processes that strengthen the business over time Who are you? We believe that you currently work as a Warehouse Manager, Site Manager, or in another leadership role within warehouse, logistics, or distribution. You have experience leading people in an operation where delivery reliability, quality, and efficiency are critical. As a leader, you are confident, clear, and present. You create engagement and accountability around you and have a natural ability to get people to work toward common goals. You appreciate developing both the business and your employees, while preserving the culture and community that are important parts of success. You are structured, self-driven, and have the ability to create order even when the pace is high. At the same time, you have an entrepreneurial drive and see opportunities for improvement without losing focus on daily operations.
