We are now seeking an Operations Manager for our healthcare center Lokstallarna. Your Role At Lokstallarna, your task will be to lead an operation that already has much to build upon. Here, development is not primarily about doing more, but about maintaining what works and refining what needs improvement. You have overall responsibility for operations, staff, work environment, and finances. This requires presence in daily operations and clarity about what needs to be done. You capture ideas, leverage the expertise within our teams, and create sustainable working methods. As Operations Manager, you will be part of the management group for primary care together with managers from other healthcare centers. Collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders is a natural part of your role, as is representing Bräcke Diakoni as an independent actor within primary care. In your position, you will also have support from the area manager and central support functions. As a leader, you are present in daily operations and build trust by listening, engaging, and being clear about what needs to be done. Qualifications: University degree in healthcare or nursing Management experience with personnel responsibility Experience with financial and budget responsibility Understanding of the healthcare system and primary care's mission Meritorious: Leadership training Experience from primary care Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Experience collaborating with municipality, region, and internal support functions Experience with quality work, work environment initiatives, or operations development Bräcke Healthcare Center Lokstallarna Bräcke Healthcare Center Lokstallarna is centrally located in Jönköping and is a healthcare center where approximately 8,950 patients and around 40 staff members meet daily. The center offers physician consultations, nurse consultations, diabetes clinic, asthma/COPD clinic, psychosocial unit, rehabilitation unit, and lab services. Here we want to provide high-quality care, good accessibility, and warm reception. As Operations Manager, you will help create good conditions for daily work, develop the operation, and strengthen what makes Lokstallarna an appreciated healthcare center. You will also become part of Bräcke Diakoni's network of healthcare centers, where we learn from each other and develop primary care together.
