AQ Plast offers injection molding of thermoplastic components with high visual and geometric requirements. We also offer sheet metal stamping and assembly into complete products. We also undertake tool development, with extensive expertise in tool design and collaborate with leading tool manufacturers globally. In Anderstorp, we engage in injection molding, sheet metal stamping, assembly, and tool maintenance. The company is a result of a merger of the former companies AQ Plast, AQ Holmbergs, and AQ Retor Production. Our customer base consists of both large global industrial customers and local customers with high demands for quality, service, and delivery precision. Read more on their website, www.aqg.se About the Role As a project manager, you have overall responsibility – from planning to execution and delivery. You drive projects forward and ensure they meet requirements for time, budget, and quality. You work on projects related to, among other things, procurement of tools for the manufacture of sheet metal and plastic components, where quality and delivery reliability are critical. In the role, you are a central figure and work closely with sales, production, engineering, quality, and the customer. Responsibilities Plan, lead, and monitor projects from start to delivery Ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements Drive the introduction of new products and changes Lead project teams and allocate tasks Responsible for and participate in internal and external meetings Work according to APQP and established project methods Ensure correct and up-to-date project documentation Qualifications Post-secondary education in engineering, project management, or equivalent Experience in project management Experience from manufacturing industry (preferably automotive industry) Good understanding of project management, budget, and scheduling Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English Meritorious Experience with APQP or similar methodology Knowledge of IATF, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 Blueprint reading Other Information: Working hours: Day shift Scope: Full-time Start date: As soon as possible What happens after you apply?
