We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations at the checkout. You ensure that our customers can complete their purchases smoothly using our checkout options. At the checkout, you meet lots of customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile. About us For us, the right attitude and desire to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team because we see that real good cooperation gives the best results – while we have fun at work. A bit more about us: We are covered by the Commercial Employees' collective agreement with fair terms including pension, insurance, and good overtime compensation. Our big heart issue is making sure everyone can afford good food. For example, we open our own stores in socially disadvantaged areas and help others open social food stores. Sustainability is important to us and we always work to reduce our food waste. You'll gain experience in, for example, sales, service, and store management – experience you'll benefit from regardless of what you choose to do in the future. Read more about what it's like to work for us here. About you Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do that too. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement. You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great! If you want to know more about what the position entails, contact Helene Wall, [email protected]. We'd appreciate it if you send your application as soon as possible, as the position may be filled before the final application deadline on 2026-09-15. We only accept applications through our job pages. To determine if you're the right person for us, our recruitment process includes both tests and interviews. We verify ID and conduct background checks in all recruitments.
