As a Food Inspiration Manager, you are creative and you are responsible for putting Coop Tanumshede on the map. Your focus is on customer interaction, quality, inspiration, and sales. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and ongoing check-ins with the fresh produce manager. Your main areas of responsibility: High-quality customer experience and development of customer offerings: Implement and work with continuous improvements in customer interactions. Activities and events: Plan, conduct, and follow up on activities to maximize NKI and take responsibility for the store's food experiences and events. Develop assortment and routines Develop the store's social channels such as Facebook and Instagram, etc. We are looking for someone who is creative, business-driven, and has a genuine interest in food and fresh produce. Education At least upper secondary education is required. We would like to see further education in areas such as finance or other relevant fields. Experience/Competence The position requires experience and competence within retail regarding sales and preferably in leadership Experience leading change and improvement initiatives Proficiency with the Office package Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required The pace in the store will at times be very high, which is why stress tolerance and planning ability are important qualities. The position is a part-time employment of 20 h/week with start date by agreement. Working hours vary and are scheduled for day and evening shifts as well as weekends. We apply a probationary period.
