Team Lead Fresh Produce Packaged, Willys Halmstad Söndrum

We are all different. And that's wonderful! We don't hire people based on a specific template, but based on who you are. For us, drive and personality are more important than experience and background. We're doing well and growing rapidly. Now we're looking for more happy colleagues with the right attitude and a desire to develop! We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Halmstad Söndrum! The role is, in short, about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. Job Details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies Start Date: 2026-09-14 or by agreement Working Hours: You will rotate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's a bit more about the role: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan activities in the fresh produce team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You also participate in developing and monitoring the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to your team members developing and performing to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile. About Us For us, the right attitude and desire to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team, as we believe that truly good collaboration produces the best results—while having fun at work. Here's a bit more about us: We work with concept management and chain operations—there are clear procedures and structures in place and you won't need to reinvent the wheel. This frees up time for you to focus on developing your team and department. You will be offered many ways to grow and develop in your leadership role. The majority of our store managers once worked as team leads. Willys is one of the industry's most successful companies and we continue to grow. And because we're growing, so can you. As a large company, there are many opportunities to develop in your leadership role with us, including various training programs. Read more about what it's like to work for us here. About You You love food, people, and sales as much as we do! Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do that too. You enjoy learning new things, appreciate being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if: You are driven to inspire and engage your team members, you're good at creating a positive work environment, and you continuously develop your team. You thrive in results-oriented environments with a fast pace, you have strong self-drive, good problem-solving skills, and you're not afraid to make decisions when needed. You like people, put the customer's needs first, and are good at bringing people along—both customers and employees. You're good at communicating and can develop your team and store through feedback and coaching. You need to have previous experience in leadership roles in a service profession, and it's a clear advantage if you have experience in grocery retail. Temporary Staffing Position at the Staffing Unit

Are you curious and flexible? Do you enjoy meeting people and want a dynamic and varied job where no two days are the same? Then a temporary position with us might be just what you're looking for! Strängnäs Municipality's staffing unit is seeking temporary staff for the summer to work at our residential care facilities (elderly care homes), home care services, and night patrols. Working as a temporary staff member suits you if you are attentive, driven, and enjoy meeting people. You are calm, and your respectful and positive demeanor make it easy for you to build good relationships with both service users, their families, and colleagues. You are flexible and appreciate a dynamic and varied job where no two days are the same. Our service users, whether they live in residential care facilities or in their own homes, need help with daily activities. This may include personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, shopping, or outings—all based on the users' wishes. The need for temporary staff in our operations varies over time. As a temporary staff member with us, you work as needed on an hourly wage, and your contract covers agreed-upon work shifts and times. A new employment relationship begins each time you work a new shift. 20 position(s). WORK DUTIES If you work at one of our fine residential care facilities, you help our service users at the facility with tasks they need support with on a daily basis. Much of the work is done one-on-one with the service user, but you have colleagues on-site and together you divide the tasks that need to be done during your shift. Within home care, you work with our service users in their own homes and support them with the tasks they have been approved to receive. During your shift, you walk, cycle, or drive between the users' homes. You usually make home visits on your own, but you are part of a work team. Documentation is part of the work, and your working hours vary and can be daytime, evening, and weekends. We are also seeking night staff for some of our units. To be considered for employment, you need to be able to get to and from work even in the evenings and on weekends without always being dependent on public transportation. This is especially important if you are applying for a job at one of our facilities outside central Strängnäs, such as Åkers styckebruk and Mariefred. Working as a temporary hourly staff member with us gives you unique experience from different workplaces and you get opportunities to make valuable contacts for your future. It is thanks to our temporary staff that our operations can remain open year-round, weekdays and weekends, day and night. The work includes performing delegated tasks, and after a certain period of employment, it is also a requirement that you accept delegation in order for us to continue booking you for shifts. In addition to nursing assistants and care assistants, you can also work as an assistant with us. An assistant makes the day a little easier and more pleasant for the elderly through service and simple care measures that follow the service plan. During spring 2026, a new law has come into force which means that work in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities will be covered by background checks. For this position, this means that final candidates, in order to be considered for employment in Strängnäs Municipality, must provide extracts from both the criminal record register and the suspicion register before employment can be offered. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • turned 18 years old (this is a requirement to work as a temporary staff member with us) • good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. • experience using IT as a support in daily work, as some documentation and scheduling is done in our systems. To be able to work within home care, it is also important that you can cycle. We consider the following as merits if you have/are: • completed upper secondary education. • training in care, particularly meriting if you are a nursing assistant with a protected professional title. • previous experience working in healthcare. • a driver's license (category B) and driving experience are meriting if you want to work within home care. When working within home care, you need to be prepared for the possibility that household pets may be present in our service users' homes. Your personal qualities are important to us! We want you to share the municipality's values: development, respect, openness, and clarity. A positive attitude toward work and a strong interest in working with people are the foundation for you to thrive with us. You are open, attentive, and get along easily with others. With us, no two days are the same, and you appreciate variety and can easily adapt if unforeseen events occur at work. Selection and interviews take place continuously, so submit your application today! We will contact you via the email address you provide when you apply, so make sure you check your email regularly. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. We offer a dynamic workplace with a wide range of meaningful and challenging jobs with good opportunities to make an impact and develop. In Strängnäs Municipality, just over 2,500 knowledgeable and competent employees work together to make the lives of residents as good as possible, now and in the future. In our organization, we actively work with our vision and values characterized by respect, openness, development, and clarity. With us, you get to make a difference, both for the individual and for society. Together we make each other better! We ask you as an applicant to be responsible for documenting your qualifications in a way that allows for a factual and qualitative assessment. As a municipality, we are subject to the principle of public access and are obligated to release application documents when requested by the public and media. Due to the nature of the work duties and in accordance with the Work Environment Act (1977:1160), Chapter 5, and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on minors (AFS 2023:2, Chapter 8), you must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position. Since public transportation does not work for all our shifts, it is important that you ensure you can get to and from the workplace without being dependent on public transportation. Strängnäs Municipality has made a media choice for this recruitment and therefore firmly declines contact with advertising sales representatives or other sellers of recruitment services. Strängnäs Municipality applies smoke-free working hours.

You must live and work in a location that allows you to reach the fire station within 6 and 10 minutes respectively when on call. Previous experience from the rescue service, healthcare, or other operational activities is a merit but not a requirement. Your personal qualities are important to us and we will place great emphasis on them. You have your heart in the right place with the attitude of helping your fellow citizens. You are communicative with a strong ability to collaborate with others and possess personal maturity with good self-awareness. Your ability to work systematically in high-pressure situations and in various environments makes you a valued team member.
