You ensure that every customer interaction is of high quality and contributes to a positive experience throughout the entire process. Your Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Handle and resolve customer cases with a focus on high customer satisfaction Register and administer customer orders in our SAP system Update and maintain customer information in systems and CRM Collaborate with internal functions to meet customer needs Follow up and ensure that cases receive a complete solution Location and Flexibility The position is based in Halmstad with the opportunity for hybrid work, where you combine office work with working from home. Your Profile You succeed as someone who has a strong customer focus and is driven by finding solutions. Your organizational skills and sense of responsibility help you manage multiple tasks simultaneously and create value in every customer interaction. We also see that you have: Good communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written Experience in customer service or similar work Experience working in systems, preferably SAP and CRM Ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases in parallel Additional Nordic languages such as Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish are a plus Collaboration comes naturally to you and you meet both customers and colleagues with engagement and respect.
