On the unit, you'll work together with seven colleagues, where in addition to preparedness, we also have experts in information security, personal security, and physical security. The team currently consists of many very experienced colleagues. For this role, we are therefore looking for you who are at the beginning of your career. 1 position(s). DUTIES In this role, you drive and develop the municipality's work in crisis management and civil defense. You work closely with operations, authorities, volunteer organizations, and other important societal stakeholders to strengthen the municipality's ability to meet future challenges. With the support of colleagues, you will, among other things: • develop and coordinate the municipality's work on civil defense • prepare, manage, and develop preparedness plans • coordinate and develop the municipality's safety points • drive projects that strengthen the municipality's preparedness capacity • recruit, train, and exercise the Voluntary Resource Group (FRG) • plan and conduct training and exercises for the crisis organization • develop and manage central crisis management • work on matters related to total defense and host nation support • collaborate with authorities, organizations, and other external stakeholders • follow up, prioritize, and develop the municipality's work in the preparedness area. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • relevant higher education in crisis management, societal security, risk management, political science, public administration, or other education that the employer deems equivalent • experience working in crisis management, civil defense, or the security field • experience planning, coordinating, or conducting training and exercises • good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is meritorious if you have: • experience from public sector operations • knowledge of total defense planning • experience collaborating with volunteer organizations or authorities As a person, you are structured, responsible, and development-oriented.
