Your Role with Us As an SQA Engineer, you work together with the SQA Manager as part of Nobia's Supplier Quality Assurance team, responsible for the quality of purchased products and components from our suppliers. The role is both operational and preventive, with a focus on reducing quality defects and driving continuous improvements in the supplier chain. You work closely with procurement, production, supply chain, and product development to identify, analyze, and address deviations while ensuring quality requirements are integrated early in processes and changes. The work includes supplier follow-up, deviation management, root cause analysis, improvement plans, PDI, and where necessary, supplier audits – with the goal of creating stable deliveries, high product quality, and increased customer satisfaction.
