We are seeking a driven and engaged education program manager to join our team in Gothenburg. As an education program manager with us, you will be responsible for our vocational higher education programs. About the Position As an education program manager with us, you are one of many key players in our organization. During a typical work week, you collaborate daily with other education program managers and an education coordinator, and you are the primary point of contact for many of our students and instructors. Therefore, it is important that you can interact with people professionally and that you actively contribute to collaborative efforts. The responsibilities are diverse and varied, encompassing project management, administration, and basic IT tasks. You should be able to prioritize and structure your workday efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and striving for the best results for your program and the organization as a whole. You will be part of a team with four other education program managers, one education coordinator, and one education director in Gothenburg. At our office in Stockholm, there are two additional education program managers and two business developers. Key Responsibilities • Plan, staff, and ensure quality of the programs • Administer and coordinate student matters and the program's management group • Coordinate, monitor, and develop the program at a national level • Actively work to increase interaction and collaboration between the program and the business community • Maintain continuous contact and follow-up with relevant stakeholders such as students and government agencies • In collaboration with the education coordinator, administer grade reporting internally and to government authorities • Manage administration of our student platform and basic IT system management Your Background Our Requirements: • You must have a degree from a vocational higher education institution or university/college • Your Swedish must be very good, both spoken and written • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and experience working with various IT systems Desirable Qualifications: • Previous experience with vocational higher education • Experience in project management • Experience working in education We place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities. The typical starting salary for an education program manager position with us is 34,000 - 36,000 SEK depending on prior experience.
