Responsibilities As Section Chief, you contribute with direction, coordination, and development in an operation where trust, collaboration, and long-term thinking are essential to achieve results. The assignment involves developing the organization's capacity for change, creating good organizational conditions, and contributing to sustainable development over time. You lead the operation through subordinate unit managers and are responsible for operations, finances, work environment, and results. You are part of the management group for Habilitation and Assistive Devices and report directly to the Operations Manager. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: . Has academic education in healthcare or other education that the employer deems equivalent. . Has experience in management within healthcare. . Experience in leading change and development work. . Has experience leading operations with responsibility for finances, work environment, and results. . Creates trust, participation, and clear priorities. . Understands the connection between work environment, culture, leadership, and operational results. Meritorious: . Experience from habilitation, rehabilitation, or related activities. . Management or leadership training. . Experience in management or leadership in a complex knowledge organization. As a person, you are confident, clear, and communicative. You have good self-awareness, build trusting relationships, develop other leaders, and get people to work toward common goals. We place great importance on personal suitability.
