Industrial Painter Day Shift for New State-of-the-Art Coating Operations
The Opportunity At Components Bushings, we continue to invest in our production and are now looking for an industrial painter who wants to be part of building our modern coating department from the start. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to be there from the beginning in a completely new and modern coating operation. You will be one of two people working day shift in the department and will have the opportunity to contribute to creating efficient work methods, high quality, and a well-organized workplace. In this role, you will work with masking, surface preparation, coating, and quality control of products, as well as other common tasks within industrial painting. Since the department is newly built, you will be involved in influencing how the work develops over time and can contribute with your experience and ideas. How You Will Make an Impact Perform masking, preparation, and coating of products according to drawings and instructions. Ensure high quality through careful inspections before, during, and after coating. Contribute to developing work methods and procedures in the new coating department. Work actively with organization, order, and continuous improvements in daily work. Collaborate with colleagues to create an efficient production flow. Contribute to a safe work environment and comply with applicable safety and quality requirements. Your Background Experience in coating is a requirement. Experience with masking, surface preparation, and various coating methods is a merit. Experience from manufacturing industry is a merit. Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and responsible. You enjoy practical work and appreciate collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve common goals. You don't need to have built up an operation before, but you are inspired by working in a new and modern coating environment where you have the opportunity to contribute ideas and experience.
