Compliance Officer

About the Role As a Compliance Officer, you will be our central point of contact for executing and responding to due diligence processes for new operators. You collect, review, and analyze documentation to ensure we comply with all regulatory requirements, then compile a summarized report about the customer. You are also operationally responsible for periodic reviews of existing operators. In this role, you are also responsible for driving the work of developing and coordinating license applications, as well as overseeing and implementing regulatory reporting in line with requirements set on our operations according to the licenses held by the company. The role also includes driving compliance-related work for new market entries and ensuring that operations meet all requirements when existing markets are re-regulated, as well as other regulatory requirements. You will primarily focus on: Regulatory Contacts - Act as the point of contact with testing laboratories and authorities in licensing and certification matters. Audit & Review - Participate in recurring regulatory audits of ELK's processes and ensure we are always well prepared. Process Improvement - Participate in updating and streamlining our compliance processes and procedures. Who Are You?
