Key Responsibilities · Lead and distribute daily work within parts of production
· Ensure deliveries are made on time and meet quality standards
· Coordinate with other stakeholders (e.g., production, procurement, customer service, warehouse department, etc.)
· Actively work on improvement initiatives and process development
· Report to the Production Manager
Who Are You?
Requirements: · Valid upper secondary school diploma
· Experience in production or technical expertise
· Previous leadership experience
· Good computer skills, preferably experience with business systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Monitor)
· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
