About the Position We are now seeking a skilled vehicle mechanic for our client in Stockholm for the summer, from July through the end of September! In your role as a mechanic, you will work with heavy vehicles in a workshop environment, focusing on service, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities As a mechanic for our client, you will work broadly with maintenance, service, and repair of heavy vehicles. The work involves ensuring that vehicles maintain high quality and function as they should, while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues, together solving technical challenges and driving the work forward. The client offers a stimulating and developmental work environment with varied tasks in a technically exciting daily routine. We are looking for someone with solid experience in vehicle repair and mechanics. You are a responsible and quality-conscious person who enjoys tackling different types of technical challenges. You have the ability to work independently when needed, while also appreciating collaboration with colleagues and contributing to a positive team spirit. With a solution-oriented approach and a desire to develop, you are an important part of creating an efficient and well-functioning team. Requirements: Enjoy working both in groups and individually Hold a driver's license for passenger cars (B) Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Have formal training in vehicle technology or equivalent experience Be comfortable using computers so you can manage diagnostic programs and work orders digitally Be able to work from July through the end of September If you have previously worked with repair of vehicles such as trains or buses, that is a merit.
