The work is varied and sometimes intensive, as we handle several complicated cases. It requires patience, clarity and the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. We receive applications from people with both short-term and long-term needs for economic assistance, and those assessed as having a long-term need are called in for a new case appointment.
