Since our patients are often ambulatory and manage their ADL independently, the work is usually not physically demanding. The 1st Cyber Defense Regiment (1.CFF) is part of the Swedish Armed Forces' capability for armed conflict in the cyber domain. The operation is open 24/7 and the pace varies from day to day. Within specialized pediatrics 95 E, highly specialized investigations and treatments are carried out within our day care flow. We are a committed and multidisciplinary team with the sick child and family at the center. Patient safety, professional conduct and continuous development are natural parts of everyday life. The hand and plastic surgery department is located in Malmö and conducts highly specialized surgery. The department has 14 inpatient beds distributed among plastic surgery, breast cancer surgery, hand surgery, and otolaryngology patients. We also have up to eight day surgery slots on weekdays for hand surgery patients. The department cares for both elective and acute patients and has its own 24-hour emergency intake for hand patients. The hand surgery flow also includes children. The department has been part of the Magnet project, and you will continue to have the opportunity to influence patient care and our working methods in an exciting and developmental way. With us, nurses, nursing assistants, and physicians work in teams together with occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers, and dietitians. The work groups are divided into two teams for inpatient care and one team for day surgery.
