Night is the most challenging time of day for many, and sleep problems are very common among our youth, which makes a trusted adult who can offer support through conversation or other means a very important piece of the puzzle. The work can vary greatly in intensity from very quiet nights to nights that demand a lot from you as a treatment educator. You always work awake on night shifts at times between 21:00-08:00 on weekdays and 20:45-08:15 on weekends. You work according to a rotating schedule in a team with several other treatment assistants and educators. The current schedule is under review and may change in the future. As night staff, you have a work capacity of 78.01%. This is a position for someone who sees a positive challenge in working with vulnerable people in difficult life situations. Job Description We are looking for a cook who has the ability to fill in on an hourly basis during vacations, leave periods, or sick leave. We currently have three cooks in Hässleholm and one at our satellite facility in Höör (Karlsvik), and the work is primarily focused on Hässleholm where the need is greater, but you may be asked to also fill in at Karlsvik.
