About Villa Roos Park Villa Roos Park is a residential facility with 63 apartments for people with dementia. • We are a dementia-certified facility, which means everyone who works here is trained in dementia care and person-centered approaches through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. • We use needs-based scheduling. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences. We schedule 5 weeks at a time. • We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enrich the lives of our residents. • You have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in the facility. Becoming a group manager is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing aide. • We use animal-assisted therapy and regularly receive visits from therapy dogs. • We continuously work to organize new, exciting activities for our residents. For example, we have introduced VR technology that makes it possible to experience various trips, adventures, or games through VR glasses.
