Here we have built an inviting, airy architecture in harmony with the beautiful natural surroundings. We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia care and approach through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. We apply needs-based wish scheduling. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and wishes. We schedule for 5 weeks at a time. We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visit us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents. You have a team leader who spends most of his time working close to you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.
