We are now looking for a Lead Developer who wants to be involved in developing, improving, and shaping the work around APIs and web applications for a system used by municipalities and authorities throughout the country. About the Role In this role, you will work both hands-on with development and with improving how we work within API and web development. You will be involved in building solutions while contributing to direction, architecture, and working methods together with the team. You will be entering an area that is under development, which gives you great opportunities to influence in close collaboration with your colleagues. Our existing systems are largely built in .NET (C#). Experience with .NET is a merit, but not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to understand the big picture and create solutions that work well together with existing systems. In the role, you will work on developing and further improving APIs and web applications, while also contributing to how these solutions are structured and designed in a sustainable way. You will be involved in shaping common working methods and technical guidelines, and you will actively contribute to technical discussions with the team. The work also involves working with integrations between different systems and platforms, and contributing to high quality in solutions through collaboration, testing, and continuous improvement. Requirements for the Position You have experience in system development and have worked with APIs and integrations in some form. You also have experience in web development with JavaScript and have worked with backend development in one or more languages. You are comfortable taking responsibility in technical matters and contributing to solutions together with others, and you have experience working in agile teams. Experience with container-based solutions and cloud platforms, preferably Azure, is also valuable.
