He lives in his own apartment in central Eskilstuna and has assistance around the clock. The member enjoys taking walks, listening to music, and watching sports on TV. You will be part of the member's everyday life, with all that entails. Work duties include tasks such as cooking, cleaning, support with dressing and undressing, as well as participating with the member in various activities. You will be active support in creating structure and predictability in daily life. For the member's wellbeing, it is important to have a secure and stable existence, as anxiety can lead to acting-out behavior. Otherwise, this is not physically demanding assistance. The member does not speak, but understands most of what others say. Some sign support is used to facilitate communication. The temporary position is approximately 89% and shifts are arranged as 24-hour shifts with approximately 3.5 hours on-call per night. We are also seeking relief staff who can fill in both on short notice and for planned absences. Start date as soon as possible.
