About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you will mainly help the customer with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making daily life run smoothly. Each assistance is individually tailored based on the customer's life, so work tasks can vary depending on the workplace. The customer's individual needs drive the workday, and work can include, for example, help with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as everyday chores and activities in and outside the home. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good chemistry between you as an assistant and the customer. Working Hours, Employment Rate, and Salary The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment rate of approximately 60%, and in addition to scheduled working time, there is the opportunity to work extra if needed. Working hours are scheduled as 24-hour shifts where you work 09:00-09:00 (of which 01:00-08:45 is standby time). Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date: Immediate or by agreement.
