As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on your ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative on your own and see what needs to be done. We are now looking for someone who meets the following: wants to work with a woman in her 30s living in Täby has good knowledge of Swedish or English has good physical fitness to perform heavy lifting can swim has an interest in cooking It is also an advantage if you: have experience with similar work have experience with digital aids for people with visual impairments Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: We are seeking two assistants. The current employment arrangement is "for the duration of the assistance assignment" with an employment level of 30 hours (approximately 70%) and hourly temporary work. Position 1: 30 hours per week (approximately 70%) Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 08:00-21:00 Position 2: Hourly temporary work as needed. Start date by agreement.
