Responsibilities Brunstorps By is located in Säve and is a residence with special services according to the Swedish Disability Services Act (LSS). The residence consists of two floors, with 6 residents on the upper floor and 7 residents on the lower floor. We provide housing for adults with acquired brain injuries. The residence is a two-story house in a rural setting. As a support educator with us, you will have a key role in developing the educational work in the organization. You drive, inspire, and guide both colleagues and residents toward a common goal – for everyone to be able to live a good and independent life on their own terms. You work across both units. In this role, you are responsible for collecting, disseminating, and developing knowledge about work methods and practices. The social services administration consists of 600 employees with a broad range of responsibilities. The administration is divided into five operational areas and operates throughout the municipality. Here we are responsible for providing care and support, assistance and services, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it, at all stages of life.
