The tasks are varied and may include cutting, screwing, assembly, lifting, and other practical production activities. In your work, you may come into contact with technical drawings. Your responsibilities will include: -Assembly of components & structures according to work instructions. -Cutting, screwing, and joining of various materials. -Use of hand tools and other assembly tools in daily work. -Basic blueprint reading and interpretation of work instructions (advantageous, but not required). -Quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards. -Material handling and movement, as well as lifting in daily work. -Participation in improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and maintain a safe work environment. -Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace and following company procedures and safety regulations. -Work is scheduled during daytime hours but may transition to 2-shift operations in the future. Experience with blueprint reading is advantageous but not required. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, strong commitment, and a willingness to develop with the company.
