Creative Sales Advisor B2B Trollhättan

Why Profile Nordic! If you don't stand out in our industry, the climb is steep. Our success formula is built on not being like "everyone else" but being able to offer unique and custom-designed products in a jungle of catalogs, websites, and internal web shops. Over the years, we've become the partner that customers turn to when they want to stand out themselves. With our own production, our own graphics department, and our own printing facility, we offer possibilities, solutions, and delivery times that repeatedly exceed both our customers' expectations and wishes—even ones they didn't know they had. We work from Kiruna in the north to Ystad in the south, but despite the geographical distances, we're a tight and committed team that helps, supports, and collaborates with each other every day. At least twice a year, we organize conference trips, and during non-pandemic times, these are usually held abroad. Of course, you'll have everything you need for us to make sure you reach your goals together—everything from technical equipment (mobile phone, computer, etc.) to a company car. Why you? Warehouse workers, preschool teachers, truck drivers, and physiotherapists—these are just a few examples of the different backgrounds some of our top salespeople came from before they were trained and shaped within the company. Together, we break down the different components of direct sales and make sure you master them so you can become the next player on our team. In other words, your previous experience is far from decisive—what matters most is that you have a real winner's mentality and enjoy working and spending time with people. However, it can give you a head start in selected parts of the job if you've previously worked with telephone sales, meeting booking, and/or as a field salesman in other industries. Why we succeed! A completely unique collection of products that continuously develops and grows. Collaborations ranging from large national chains to small local players. Commission-based salary with no ceiling, but also the opportunity for a guaranteed salary. Continuous coaching from some of the industry's best colleagues who will do EVERYTHING to help you succeed. Sales Representative Lomex AI

Sell a product the industry actually needs Full-time · Remote (work anywhere in Sweden) Construction is one of the largest industries that hasn't yet undergone serious digitalization. We're building the platform that changes that – specifically for Swedish construction companies – and we're looking for a sales professional who wants to be part of it from the beginning. In construction projects, roughly one-third of work time goes to searching for information, clarifying uncertainties, and correcting errors. Lomex AI is built to solve that – project managers get answers to regulatory questions with source references in seconds, make their own project documents searchable, and record building meetings that automatically generate protocols and risk analyses. About the role You're joining at an early stage and will shape how we approach the market. You book meetings and drive deals from the first conversation to signed contract, targeting construction companies, project management firms, and technical consultants. Everything is done remotely, with close support directly from the founding team. What we offer This is a pure commission-based role – with unlimited upside for those who deliver. You work remotely and sell a product that's easy to demonstrate and solves a real problem. And you get the chance to be here early and help shape both the role and the company. Who we're looking for You have sales experience from before – whether B2B, retail, phone sales, or something else. What matters is that you know what it takes to sell and close deals. You're comfortable working independently toward clear goals, build trust with decision-makers, and don't fear a "no" – you see it as information, not a stop sign. You're organized, follow through on what you promise, and communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Application Send your CV and a few lines about why you're a good fit for the role. We review applications on an ongoing basis and respond personally to everyone who reaches out.
