About the Operations

We are now seeking nursing assistants for our somatic residential facility on Strömsviksvägen, centrally located in Trollhättan with proximity to both green areas and beautiful walking paths. The facility has 110 apartments distributed over six floors and offers generous spaces for activities, social gatherings, and meaningful meetings.

Job Duties
As a Nursing Assistant, you work based on the national value base for elderly care and contribute to providing person-centered, health-promoting, and safe basic care as well as practical support based on the resident's individual needs. You work based on care plans, delegated healthcare tasks, and perform documentation according to applicable legislation and procedures. The work takes place in close collaboration with other professionals, as well as relatives, where cooperation is an important part of the mission. In the future, you may also hold specific responsibility tasks and ombudsman roles.
Working hours are scheduled for day/evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma from the Healthcare and Care Program or other education that the employer deems equivalent. If you have previously worked as a nursing assistant and within SÄBO, this is considered a merit.
Since the work consists of many contacts with colleagues, residents, and relatives as well as regulated documentation requirements, good knowledge of Swedish is required, both spoken and written.
We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and committed to your professional role. You have good conduct and an empathetic ability that allows you to meet each resident's individual needs with respect and care. You work independently, take your own initiative, and at the same time have a flexible attitude where you look at the organization's overall needs. As a person, you contribute with a positive attitude and professional cooperation that strengthens both the work team and the quality of care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
