About the Position As a CNC operator with us, you'll have a central role in production, where you work with programming, setting up, and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture components according to drawings and high quality standards. The role also includes ensuring efficient and stable production through continuous machine monitoring, basic maintenance, and minor repairs. You'll work closely with both production and quality teams to optimize processes together and contribute to continuous improvements in operations. Work Location: Trollhättan Work Schedule: 2-shift Employment Level: Full-time Start Date: By agreement Employment Type: Fixed-term with possibility of permanent employment with the customer About You We're looking for someone with experience in CNC machining within turning, milling, and preferably also 3D laser work. You're confident in your professional role and enjoy working independently, while also being a great team player. You have a strong focus on quality and an engagement that shows in every detail of your work. When faced with new challenges, you're curious, solution-oriented, and willing to continue developing. As a person, you're detail-oriented, hands-on, and responsible. You listen well to instructions and work in a structured manner, while not hesitating to take initiative when needed.
