Contract Administrator at Atrium Ljungberg Are you a meticulous, business-minded, and service-oriented person with previous experience in drafting and administering commercial lease agreements? Look no further! Atrium Ljungberg is now seeking a Contract Administrator for its rental department in Sickla. About the Role As a Contract Administrator, you will work as an advisory expert in lease agreements, ensuring that the design and wording of contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Atrium Ljungberg's business intentions. You will be responsible for efficient and high-quality administration of lease agreements throughout their entire lifecycle—from signing to termination—and provide the organization with business-critical information regarding the lease agreements. You will be based at Atrium Ljungberg's beautiful office in Sickla and will be part of the rental department, which consists of nine people. Key Responsibilities As a Contract Administrator, you will, among other things: Review contract requests and provide qualified advice and suggestions for wording in lease and supplementary agreements. In consultation with contract signatories, prepare final contract documents for presentation to customers. Ensure efficient administration of agreements after signing, such as registration of turnover and F-tax settlement, operational changes, and notices. Prepare termination documents and handle any service of process if needed. Answer tenants' questions primarily related to notices and lease agreements. Contribute to delivering proactive support for forecast and financial statement work regarding information about lease agreements. What We're Looking For Relevant education for the position, preferably in rental law. Several years of experience working with commercial contract administration. Strong knowledge of commercial rental law. Since the agreements are primarily written in Swedish, we see that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, we are looking for someone who is curious, positive, and development-oriented, with an easy ability to learn new systems and regulations. You are meticulous and well-organized, and work proactively to ensure high quality in every part of the contract process. We also see that you are a responsible and self-directed person who at the same time enjoys collaborating closely with colleagues and other functions.
