Job tasks As an administrator/executive assistant, you will work in close collaboration with managers within the Vänersberg Operations Area. In your role, you support the managers from an administrative perspective on HR matters such as work environment, co-determination agreements, collective bargaining agreements, salary structures, personnel planning, and rehabilitation. The role also includes working with certain parts of the recruitment process.
