As a sales representative at Telia's store in Karlstad, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and based on that create customized solutions. My name is Thomas Clarqvist and I am Store Leader, my goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work consists of supporting customers to find the right products in both everyday and work life. Tasks range from finding suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, but also how business customers can set up or improve their telephone exchange. Telia is at the forefront when it comes to these services and products and our employees are experts in customer solutions. We are looking for you who love creating customer relationships, take own initiatives and are driven by finding the right solution for each customer - and of course you like to sell (both in store, via phone & other sales activities).
