The role is based in Skellefteå municipality, particularly in Jörn. Your Responsibilities As a property caretaker with us, you will have a varied role involving both interior and exterior property maintenance. Your main responsibilities include: Property inspection and maintenance. Troubleshooting and repairs. Communication with tenants, suppliers, and property managers. Handling maintenance requests. Reporting in our digital platforms. What We're Looking For You have previous experience in property caretaking. You have strong knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and ventilation. You have practical experience from carpentry, construction, or similar skilled trades. You enjoy providing service and have excellent communication skills. You have strong interpersonal skills and can prioritize and organize your workday.
