Repossession Agent / Transport Partner

About the Role We are seeking a repossession agent/transporter/partner for our operations in Vänersborg (West region). This is a varied and needs-based hourly position for someone with flexibility in their schedule who is looking for extra work. You should be comfortable meeting people in different situations with calm and professionalism, and be able to work independently and with a solution-oriented approach. As an hourly repossession agent/partner, you are our extended arm in the field. You participate in home visits and support with vehicle repossession and transportation of vehicles and other items on behalf of banks and finance companies. A typical day may include – Support in planning routes and today's assignments – Home visits with debtors for voluntary vehicle returns – Pickup and transportation of vehicles to designated locations – Ongoing documentation of the assignment – Ongoing communication with Fordonskonsult's case handlers Who We Are Looking For We seek someone like a newly retired person, as well as anyone interested in needs-based extra work with varying tasks. As a person, you should be calm, stable, and have an ease in meeting people in different situations with patience and respect in a trustworthy manner. You are self-directed, take responsibility, and have a solution-oriented approach. Experience from similar environments – for example, security, police, military, social work, or similar – is a merit but not a requirement. Most importantly is your personality and ability to handle the unexpected. – Driver's license category B (C and BE are a plus) – No payment remarks or debts with the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden) – No convictions for violent, economic, or drug-related crimes – Communicates fluently in Swedish – Meticulous in documentation and reporting What We Offer – Needs-based hourly employment – Structured onboarding with experienced colleagues You are joining a company with clear structure, experienced colleagues, and a strong market position.
