You are responsible and engaged in your work, professional in your assessments and decisions, and you adapt easily to changing circumstances and new information. In the role, you need to have a good overview of current tasks and services; the ability to independently organize and follow up on your work is therefore important. We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate and find solutions in agreement with all your contacts, whether it involves family members, staff within primary care, inpatient care, or other actors.
